more about

The need to build a tool for Resilience and burnout prevention came from observing that professional working in service of others' needs or development, tend to forget or not prioritize to reconnect and focus on answering with their own needs, by the habbit created within the amount of time spend looking after another or by the intensity of the experience and request of them from who they focusing on

The innovation on this tool is in the possibilities of combining Art, Nature and Body activities and in the possibility to practice them according with personal and group needs of the moment

In the previous experience in TART participants mention that the combination of approaches allowed them to take the most of each, to go deeper with it, within themselves and with others and that in the end, the combination added a dimension to the experience and had gained a form of its own, like it was one more approach

But why Art, Nature and Body Activities build Resilience?
